We all know that our bodies are  in shape as well as sometimes out of shape. We lose weight and gain it. Here I can share some tips from front line how to get in shape for summer (not only:) So…

  • cut on large dinners
  • avoid salt and sugar
  • exercise at least 3 times a week
  • be patient – one of the most difficult thing to do
  • stay on truck no matter what
  • have fun – but dancing rather than watching a movie with a box of icecream
